Reflection in the Sample of Learners’ Work and Feedback
           
          Being a student is very hard to do an activity or to see the teacher having an discussion but the student wasn’t listen carefully. But some of my student who wants to learn a lot from me is overwhelmed to seeing that my student was want me to be a good professional teacher or a good teacher someday. 
I know in myself that I taught effectively on my students, because before I have a certain lesson I assure that my students will have their evaluation or quiz, for me to measure their learnings.
                      I am so happy and overwhelmed that the quizzes of my students from third year got high scores because it only means that my students learned a lot from my teaching.

Examples of Lesson Plans Used Reflection for the Sample Lesson Plans Used Lesson Planning is very important. It is the evidence or skill needed for every teacher, through lesson plans, the discussion will have a legible and full of information and good direction. Lesson planning is very important in every teacher because if you have not a lesson plan, your discussion will fail because you don’t plan the lesson and you not analyze the subject matter to master the subject that you teach and you will not reach the expected outcomes of the lesson or the objective of the lesson. A well prepared lesson plan you are confident to discuss it and the objective outcome will directly teach us to implement the lesson. If the lesson plan are well prepared also the visual aids or the things that you will use are well prepared, you are confident to enter the room with a complete and well –made plan.
